Take the Challenge as A Fundraising Team!
New this year, participating teams in the 2019 High Rock Challenge are eligible to earn incentive prizes and special recognition through fundraising!
Teams will fundraise to support the nonprofit organization, the Greenbelt Conservancy, and its mission to promote, sustain and enhance Staten Island's more than 2,800 acres known as the Greenbelt.
How It Works:
1. Select "Join the Team" and create a personalized fundraising page for your team (note: incentive levels are based on team fundraising totals, not individual totals. We recommend that you create one page per team as this helps us to better track your progress).
2. Share your page link and invite your friends and family to donate in support of your participation in the High Rock Challenge. It's not an easy task, and why not raise funds and awareness while you're at it?!? All contributions are tax deductible!
3. Earn incentives as you reach targeted fundraising levels and compete for a grand prize and title as "Top Fundraising Team."
Incentives to be awarded are as follows:
Raise $250 and receive additional team swag to wear on race day, which includes a special color, branded t-shirt in addition to the general event t-shirt.
Raise $500 and earn prior level incentives plus complimentary entry into the 2019 High Rock Challenge. That’s right – meet this milestone and we’ll refund your registration fee!
Raise $1,000 and earn prior level incentives plus your team name listed on the HRC event t-shirt, special verbal recognition at the event, and two (2) tickets to the 2019 Blue Jean Ball.
A grand prize and award will be given to the team that raises the most funds as of race day, April 27, 2019 at 9 am EST.
