A.I.M. Trip to Ghana
This summer, a group of 1st year medical students from Wayne State University School of Medicine will be traveling to Ghana for two weeks. While there, they will be working at rural primary schools, teaching about the importance of health, hygiene, clean water, hand washing and more.
As you may know, medical students don't have a lot of money and this trip won't be cheap, so we need your help! Your money will first go towards purchasing water filters for the schools and other educational supplies. Once that's paid for, we'll be purchasing at least 15 indestructible soccer balls from One World Futbols to donate to the schools and orphanages in the area. The rest of the money we raise will go back the participants to offset the cost of the trip and airfare.
Every bit helps and we thank you for every penny!
