VVA 975 is a chapter of the Vietnam Veterans of America founded in 2005. It is based in Mohave County, Arizona serving veterans in Bullhead City, Kingman, Lake Havasu City, and all other areas of the County. Membership in the VVA and VVA chapters is open to U.S. Armed Forces veterans who served on active duty (for other than training purposes) in the Republic of Vietnam and others South East Asian nations between February 28, 1961 and May 7, 1975, or in any duty location between August 5, 1964 and May 7, 1975.
VVA 975 is involved in raising awareness and funds to support the reduction of: veteran suicides, PTSD, Agent Orange health issues, home and equipment rehabilitation, and financial assistance through our numerous fund-raising events and activities.
The Mohave County Chapter 975 has more than 130 members.
