RUNNING TO BUILD THE PRAIRIE
THE STORY:
Urban Prairie Waldorf School parents and friends are running the Shamrock Shuffle on April 7 in Chicago to raise money to expand our school. Founded in 2009, the school has outgrown its original space and planning to move into a new facility that needs work! If you have never seen a Waldorf classroom, please look at the pictures to the left. They are magical places where stories come alive on the chalkboard and in the minds of our students. Art, music, movement, and nature are all critical components to Waldorf's rigorous math and reading curriculum. To create these unique classrooms, we need to raise additional funds for our school.
