The Mattapoisett Land Trust and the Friends of the Mattapoisett Bike Path bring you the 3rd Annual Tour de Crème, a fundraising event combining SouthCoast’s fabulous cycling with some of its best ice cream spots. With scenic routes of 11, 19, 25, and 50 miles, there’s a creamery tour for everyone. Eight participating creameries will be scooping up ice cream to fuel your ride. Your participation will help create hike and bike trails in Mattapoisett.

The creamery tours start from Mattapoisett Town Beach between 9 am and 1 pm, rain or shine. They end at the head of Mattapoisett Harbor, where participants will enjoy lobster rolls and hot food, beer and cold beverages, more ice cream, and live music at the post-ride party!

We're asking folks to help us raise funds for a rail-trail connection to Marion and trail stewardship for Land Trust properties..

To encourage fundraising we have the following rewards:: 

 for $100, we'll thank you with your choice of an Oxcart lobster roll. 

for $250, you'll receive a set of Kryptonite rechargeable bike lights. 

for $500, we'll give you a very special yellow Tour de Crème bike jersey (photo).  (We need your fiundraising completed by April 15 if you want the jersy on the event day.)

for $1000, you'll get the jersey, the lights and the lobster roll or wrap
