107 pets have their chance to make transport and find their forever families this week!!! And you know what that means...we get to save more who are still waiting, but we need your help!

With over 150 pets in our care we are SO thankful for the upcoming transports! The snow came at the worst possible time and delayed 3 big transports, but we are ready to get these babies home. Thanks to Petsmart Charities, we do have our own transport van, so we are able to save a ton of money with private transports rather than paying someone else, but there are still a lot of expenses that come with transferring pets to other states. We have to make sure everyone is healthy and ready to travel which includes a vet check up and a health certificate for every single pet leaving...this isn’t cheap. There is van maintenance (thank you for helping us raise the funds for 2 new tires!), diesel, hotel rooms and regular expenses along the way and it adds up quickly. If we were to send the 107 pets leaving this week on a paid transport it would cost us $14,980 ($140 per pet NOT including health certificates) and the truth is there is just no way we would be able to do it. But, thanks to an amazing crew we can do it for a fraction of that which comes out to about $2,140 @ just $20 per pet! Even with the drastic cut in expenses it still adds up so we need your help. For just $20 you can help us cover a pets transport expense and get them to their forever family which also makes room for us to save another life!
