Instilling Hope. The Tidewater Youth Services Foundation supports a public agency, the Tidewater Youth Services Commission, in its efforts to help at-risk and court-involved youth gain the tools needed to become productive adults. Join our cause - give kids who may have made mistakes a second chance - and make your community a better place for all! No donation is too small! $5 provides opportunities like a youth receiving a brand new book in our Literacy and Academic Support program. $10 provides a haircut for a youth preparing for a job interview. Larger donations allow us offer scholarships to our youth for items like music lessons or laptops for college bound seniors. Please join us in our quest to give our at-risk youth the skills, resources, and support they need to become productive members of the community!
