Aron Biedenharn Coates is no stranger to the stage. She trained at the Linda Lavender School of dance in Monroe, and there also began acting at the Strauss theatre. She performed in Sweet Charity, Chicago, and as Ms Mona in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. She has enjoyed the opportunity to work on various films and commercials, but the stage always called her back. Once she moved to Baton Rouge, she performed at Theatre Baton Rouge’s Cats, Chorus Line, 9 to 5, and her favorite role to date, Roxi Hart in Chicago. She has served on the board of directors for Theatre Baton Rouge, and has performed with Of Moving Colors in Kick It Out.
