The Nest Bowling Green provides free early childhood learning experiences/education, diapers, meals, snacks, and parenting support classes for parents completing their education in the Bowling Green area. Our goal with this fundraising event is to hire teachers to provide the continuity of care necessary for excellent, stable childcare.

Early brain development depends on stable, consistent relationships, which is our desire for our Nest kids. By reaching our goal, we will be able to accomplish this. Children will be thriving as will parents as they attend classes focused and confident. We also hope to continue our conservative financial responsibility to our donors and families and hire a part-time book keeper to guide and manage our finances.

The Nest Bowling Green went from dream to inception in just over a year's time and lives are already being impacted. One of our BGSU student-moms recently said, " I thought I would have to choose between my education and being with my daughter. The Nest gave me the opportunity to finish my education and know that my daughter is being taken care of. They were there when no one else was, and for that, I am forever thankful!"
