Help end homelessness in Hollywood. A growing network of people like YOU are transforming our communities and the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors.

370 people now have a place to call home. There are another 600 people still living on the streets of Hollywood. You can be the one to help end homelessness in 2015.

This Holiday season we need to raise $50,000 through our Crowdrise campaign, to support 10 people in finally having a place to call home.

The Center and our partners have come together over the past four years to move over 370 individuals off the street and into permanent housing. Last year we housed almost twice as many people as the year before. In 2015 we believe we can work even faster with your support.

We know that there are about 600 individuals who are homeless and living in Hollywood. With the results we've seen over the past four years we know that it is completely possible to end homelessness in our community.

It costs about $5,000 to support one person moving off the street and into permanent housing. Next year our goal is to support 100 people in making this journey.

Everyone in our community deserves a place to call home.

Advocates for a neighbor who is homeless
Decides to use their station in life to make a difference
Inspires compassion
Stops and listens to the person they normally walk by each day
Takes stock of their time, talent and treasure and asks, "what can I do?"
Gets off the street and into a home

We are one step closer to a reality in which everyone in our community has a place to call home.

The phenomemon of homelessness in Los Angeles sometimes seems insurmountable and yet a growing community of change makers are moving that mountain because of the power of one. Systems are being created and changing because one person in a position of influence and power decides things can change; that things have to change.

We invite you to be the one this year. The one who creates critical mass; the one who pushes us past the tipping point; who makes the effort to end homelessness viral.

That's the Power of One.
