THE STORY:

Thomas Preite wrote -

Within the past year, our friend, Christopher Gemelli, was diagnosed with Leukemia. Chris is a junior at Xavier High School, located in Manhattan. Chris is a member of his school’s Speech & Debate team as well as an enthusiastic student of military science. Unfortunately, Chris’ treatment has prevented him from attending school this year, so he has been unable to compete in any Speech & Debate tournaments. Chris’ main interest when it comes to non-school related activities, is animals. Ever since he was a baby, Chris has always expressed a keen interest in all things animal-related. And, as he has gotten older, his knowledge of all things “animal” has increased.

With our “Put an End to Leukemia” fundraiser, we intend to help children like Chris, as well as help stop kids from even having to face the same struggles that so many Leukemia-impacted children face each day. It is a huge task, but everything helps. All donations are welcome.

We want to help end Leukemia and offer support to those who have already been affected by the terrible ailment.

Thank you!
