Help us reach our goal and win a flight to Israel*!

We will be running the Spartan Sprint at Tuxedo Park, NY in June and are raising money to repair and donate a Sefer Torah to the IDF through the International Young Israel Movement's Redeem a Sefer Torah Campaign!

$15,000 will provide our brothers and sisters on the battlefield, in the air and on the sea with a Sefer Torah. We are eternally grateful for all that they do so that we and those in Israel can live our daily lives free from worry.

The IDF is a professional, well equipped army with some of the most advanced weapons systems in the world. But the soldiers march also on the power of faith and courage and on the mission of Am Yisrael.

Redeem a Sefer Torah Campaign

The Redeem a Sefer Torah Campaign for the I.D.F is a project aimed at providing the brave soldiers of the Israeli Army, Navy and Air Force with Sifrei Torah in order for them to fulfill their spiritual needs in times of peace and war.

Sifrei Torah which were  saved from Romania & Lithuania during the Holocaust, together with Sifrei Torah that have fallen into disrepair in Diaspora communities, are available to be redeemed and presented to the I.D.F.

*Dependent on $15,000 being raised, winner of the race will recieve a free ticket to Israel for the Sefer Torah Dedication from New York to Tel Aviv. Food and accomodation not included.
