According to Time Magazine, the Millennials are going to save us. In this era of divisiveness and political cynicism, communities must engage the next generation in sustainable, thoughtful growth. City Club of Central Oregon wants to give 5 high school teens the opportunity to go to college to learn about civic engagement and how to successfully build community census.
