A few years back, many of us suffered a great loss. The loss of Willie Dunn was such heartbreak. Many of us lost a friend, confidant and partner in crime. Many knew him as “Big Daddy” “Chilly Willy” “Skillett” to name a few. His presence was always a pleasure even in the most difficult and awkward times. His smile always made it better. Thru the hardship of his illness, the relief and his fire family supported him and me through the most difficult times. Before his departure Willie was my main supporter in running, he was in the last half mile of my first half marathon. Ever since then I have ran many half marathons in his name. This next year I am delighted to not only complete a full marathon, but also raise funds for such a great organization. Please help me raise funds benefiting the Window Orphans and Disabled Fireman, in memory of Willie Dunn.
