Hi!! My name is Kimberly Price. I like to call myself a Wellness Mama, Multi-Passionate Entrepreneur and Holistic Health Coach, whose biggest claim to anything great is being the mother of four children(10,8,6,4)! They keep me busy at all times, but constantly help remind me of the importance of keeping my priorities straight and life balanced.
I am a stage IV Non-Hodgkin’s Cancer survivor with a deep faith and enormous passion to live life. I enjoy water skiing, snow skiing, hiking, exercising, taking photos, writing, listening to music, cooking and just hanging out.
I have never run more than 7 miles, but on June 21st, myself and a team of 159 other cancer survivors and supporters will embark on a 4,000-mile run across America. One marathon at a time, we will cross 15 states and more than 500 communities as we work to pass the baton from the Pacific to the Atlantic. I am one of those runners.
I do understand first hand what it means to juggle four kids, two dogs, a business and everything else that happens my way (laundry, groceries, cleaning, scheduling, a husband=), etc) I also know that when I learned 160 individuals would be running across the United States to raise money, awareness and encourage other survivors they too could live Above and Beyond their cancer diagnosis, I knew I didn't want to miss out, and had to give this marathon thing my best shot.
I realize that our time on this earth is limited, but what I believe matters most, is what we do with this time to help others while we are here. My hope is to leave a legacy worth remembering for my children, and that maybe they too will realize the importance of helping uplift those around them, to live bigger better lives!!!
“I haven’t a clue as to how my story will end, but that’s all right. When you set out on a journey and night covers the road, that’s when you discover the stars.” ~ Willard
