Mommy and Daddy always said that I am lucky star. One reason I am lucky is because I get to go to a good private school and get the best education possible. Going to a very good school allows me to learn and discover many things in a comfortable and exciting place. The small classrooms allow me to work close with teachers and grow to be the best I can. I love going to school and love to learn about the world. The more I learn and understand, the better I will be. I want to be a good person and help poor children.
Please donate to Room to Read because I want to help poor children especially girls be able to go to school and learn as much as they can. I will do an oral presentation using a poster to show how poor children live. Room to Read help many children in Africa and South East Asia. I choose Vietnam as my country in my poster. If you donate to Room to Read I can do an oral presentation in person to you or you can watch my video. Please donate any dollar amount but my goal is to raise at least 100$.
For girls living in developing countries, the roadmap to a better life is riddled with obstacles. Cultural bias, household economics and safety concerns often lead girls to drop out of school well before their male peers—limiting their options for the future.
But despite all odds, countless girls around the globe are changing the story and claiming their right to a quality education. For these girls, education is about more than earning a diploma. It unlocks a world of undiscovered possibilities—allowing a girl to dream of a brighter future for herself and her family, and to develop the skills necessary to turn that dream into reality.
