The mission of re:work is to bridge the gap for those two groups and help individuals, organizations, and communities in the process.
Since its founding in 2016, re:work's job placement and training program has empowered over 72 individuals and counting with full-time, entry-level tech software sales roles that have high-growth opportunity. In 2019, our average candidate salary started at $54,494 base with benefits at some of Chicago's top tech companies. That's a big step up for many of our candidates who were formerly unemployed, underemployed, or living below the poverty line.
