Reflecting Freedom Network

a non-profit organization, is a community of individuals committed to building public/private sector partnerships to promote economic and social justice through accredited education, job skills training and career development. RFN’s mission is to provide accessible, affordable pathways for people impacted by incarceration to build better lives for themselves and their families.


Reflecting Freedom Network (RFN), a nonprofit charity, provides FREE web-based, accredited education, and job skills training for people impacted by incarceration. RFN invites citizens around the world to take part in its restorative justice documentary series, Truth & Reconciliation Conversations. The documentaries are about racism and the global struggle to overcome it. Citizens can submit their recorded stories to RFN and, if selected, they will be part of the series which culminates with a global premiere on Nelson Mandela International Day 2021

The conversations in our 2020 documentary featured leaders in education, criminal justice, civil rights, community re-entry, and journalism discussing their understanding of systemic racism, their response to George Floyd’s murder, and their hope for the future of race relations. Watch a clip below:
