Red4NC is a non-profit grassroots organization of women and men who are dedicated to “engaging community, fostering empowerment and celebrating diversity.” Members of Red4NC have been involved in performing the Vagina Monologues for the past 10 years in Lexington & Winston-Salem, NC. They have raised over $47,000 for the Hattie Lee Burgess Domestic Violence Shelter, a safe temporary home for domestic violence and sexual assault victims and their children.

The Vagina Monologues were penned 23 years ago and are performed all over the world. They have started a global movement to end violence against ALL women and girls. The author, Eve Ensler, conducted international interviews with over 200 women. As a result of these interviews, she gives voice to women’s experiences as she retells the stories of women from diverse backgrounds, ages and cultures.

This year we will have two scheduled performances —

March 16, 2019 at the Edward C. Smith Civic Center - 7:00 PM

March 30, 2019 at College Park Baptist Church in Greensboro - 7:00 PM
