The Mustard Seed has been serving people experiencing poverty and homelessness in Alberta since the ‘80’s. Operating of of the the 54th street building previously belonging to the Loaves & Fishes Benevolent Society, we offer services that help people make a positive and lasting change in their lives. We help meet the basic needs of shelter, good, clothing and acceptance for men and women experiencing poverty, and work with them to find sustainable housing and employment.

As a member to the Red Deer community, this is your ministry. We want to work with you to ensure that our approach fits with the real needs of people experiencing poverty and homelessness in Red Deer.

Register for the fun run and get your friends and family to sponsor you. The top 10 fundraisers are also entered into the draw to win a Nissan 370z convertible for 4 months from Gord Scott Nissan! The top fundraiser will win $500, thanks to Clowes Jewellers!
