Please support me as I ride on March 13 to raise money to fund ground breaking gene therapy research to treat or cure Nemaline Myopathy, a rare dystrophy that afflicts my dear friend Sharon’s daughter, Liv, age 4. Please know that your donation will make a real difference. Great strides have been made in gene therapy and a cure is possible.
Research could end the profound muscle weakness suffered by Liv, and the thousands of children like her, who cannot walk, eat, or breathe on their own. Liv is 4 and still cannot walk or crawl and relies on a feeding tube for some of her nutrition. Her life expectancy is greatly reduced due to respiratory complications caused by her inability to clear her own airway by coughing, causing her to aspirate food, drinks, and even her own fluids.

No donation is too small. I mean it.
The money will go to A Foundation Building Strength, a 501(c)3 charitable organization. Donations are tax deductible. Thank you in advance for your support.
