Hi everyone. I was diagnoised with stage 4 NCSLC with a very rare subset in Sept 2016. Ive done 8 months of combo chemo, had emergency surgery for pericardial effusion, been sick as a dog, lost my red hair and grew back gray hair! I'm currently on immunotherapy, which I'm thankful that research found a few years ago. I want to be in the 2% that survive 5 years, but I need your help. Currently Im fighting inoperable, incurable stage 4 cancer. Lung cancer is the number one cancer killer, regardless of smoking history. Because of that smoking stigma, its also the most underfunded of all cancers. Without funding for research and to find new medications, I, and many of my friends, will die. We desperately need help for science to catch up so we can live as long as possible, and not just be given death sentences. The Draft family foundation was started with Chris Draft, former NFL player, and his wife Keasha who passed away from lung cancer. His advocacy and empowered speeches lift us, inspire us and give us hope. The possibility to win one of the amazing NFL experiences would excite just about anyone, so that's an added bonus. Please help me to fund lung cancer research, so nobody has to fight this incredibly brutal disease. Thank you!
