THANK YOU ALL!!!! -for your donations and well wishes!!!! Its so reassuring to see the support coming in from across the country and globe, especially See More
Help us take a Load of Pueblo Food for the Water Protectors in Standing Rock, ND. Many of our water protectors have been there for many weeks, some months, and a little taste from home can do wonders for our spirit. We will be collecting traditional Pueblo Food Items to take to the Pueblo Camp and to share with our relatives at Oceti Sakwowin in the ALL RELATIONS Kitchen! We hope to raise $500 to help with gas costs of getting the food up there and the rest will be to purchase traditional food items that we could not get donated. These food Items include but not limited to: Blue Corn flour, Posole- dried/frozen. Dried red chile(de-seeded if possible), Green chile, Elk meat, Deer meat, Buffalo Meat, Tamales, Pueblo pies, Pueblo Cookies. Jemez Enchiladas-frozen,Oven Bread, pre-made tortillas and any other cultural foods you feel will feed their spirits. If we can raise the money for gas by Nov 8, we will leave then, if not the next projected date is Nov. 14. Feeding the Water Protectors is a big duty and not always paid the most attention. We want to make sure that our Water Protectors are getting the nourishment they need after being on the front lines for weeks. Thank you and we appreciate your support!
