The Lt. Col. Matt Urban Human Services Center of WNY (formerly known as the Polish Community Center of Buffalo) is the anchor agency for the City of Buffalo's East Side, working to improve social determinants of health and building social equity for over 20,000 underserved and hard-to-reach residents. Our programs work to provide housing security and stability, improved access to healthcare, education and socio-emotional development for youth, food security, and trauma recovery.
