Connecticut Advocates for Parkinson's (CAP) is a registered 501 (c) (3) public charity that offers positive support for people with Parkinson's disease (PD).
CAP's Mission is to expand outreach initiatives for people with Parkinson's, promote patient group collaboration, offer wellness and educational opportunities, and promote clinical trial participation.
CAP is a proud member of a consortium of Support Groups throughout Connecticut, and is nationally known for it's work in the area of Clinical Trial Transport.
CAP was recognized as exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, in a determination letter issued in October of 2011. C
Donors may deduct contributions as provided in section 170 of the Code.
