As I sit here in my room pondering why on Earth I am subjecting myself to a hike that will push me to the edge of my comfort zone and then some -- I remember what I saw in Africa.
A few years ago I landed in Africa with YoungLife to see what God was doing over there. I was met with a symphony of goose-bump provoking stories of African's lives being transformed through the devotion of a YoungLife Africa leader. I do not use devotion lightly; as anyone who meets a leader in Africa would know.
But right now there are kiddos in the Palestine region who haven't had the chance for their lives to be rocked by the story of Salvation like so many others have. The YoungLife leaders in Palestine are eagerly awaiting the gatherings of kids open to listening to that Story--and what a beautiful story it is!
I am genuinely thankful God is allowing me to be apart of that process, so join me in helping build God's Kingdom through some devoted leaders with a heart for the Lord.
