Orosi high school Science Club Struggle
Organized by: Ramon Torres
Unlike Orosi high school many other schools fund their clubs, Orosi high school does not have the funds to support this group. The students in this club are opened minded and very intelligent and just want to explore the world of science.Theses students struggle to have hands on experience because simply they don't have the money to travel. Students would love and would be very great full if they got the experience to visit places like San Francisco Exploratorium,Monterey bay aquarium, cat havens and many more educational places.
In Monterey bay students will attend a Hour-long Discovery Lab classroom programs provide students with a fun, hands-on introduction to some of Monterey Bay's most precious habitats and the animals that live there. Using live marine invertebrates and the processes of science, students develop an appreciation and understanding of their connection to the ocean. The program includes self-guided time at the Aquarium.
The San Francisco Exploratorium has many workshops so students could get hands on experience : Astronomy & Space Exploration,Chemistry,Color,Culture,Earth, Ocean, & Atmosphere,Electricity and Magnetism,Energy,Engineering and Tinkering,Food & Cooking,Geology - Materials,Heat and Temperature,Human Anatomy,Language & Speech,Life Science,Light & Seeing,Mathematics,Mind,Motion & Matter,Navigation,Optical Illusions,Sound & Listening,Sport Science,Time,Water, and Waves - Resonance.Student would benefit greatly from this experience because someday they are going to use the skills that they learn from the educational experience.
Please help the Orosi high school Science club students to have hands on educational experience,We would be grateful for any financial support you can offer,Thank you.
