One New Heartbeat, Inc

Transitions - A process or period in which something undergoes a change and passes from one state, stage, form, or activity to another. How we transition from one stage of our lives to the next and remain mentally, physically and emotionally well is important. We provide ongoing one on one mentoring and coaching, support groups, workshops, and educational trainings to assist with important life changes

Services that address complex needs and challenges are rare which is why we created One New Heartbeat.

One New Heartbeat is here to help all those who wish to perform at their optimum achieve success in their efforts towards mental, physical, spiritual (not religous) and emotional wellness. We provide no cost services to underserved and at-risk populations in Silicon Valley that do not have easy access to equitable financial services, housing, adequate systems of support, education,  and other programs. We aslo provide support for those that struggle with addictions, people with mental, physical, and emotional challenges as well as justice involved individuals.... we often encounter many barriers and gaps which is why we offer a safe environment of support, promoting work-life balance as a strategy, Transitional Age Youth Groups (T.A.Y.), veterans’ groups and re-entry groups which entails ongoing mentoring and trainings, empowering individuals to take back control even when it seems that things are out of control.

We also provide groups and support which are critical for anyone affected by life threatening illnesses such as cancer, HIV and HCV.

One New Heartbeat will continue to support individuals dealing with the everyday challenges that life brings by guiding them through the process of identifying issues and showing them how to build action plans that are based on Hope, Personal Responsibility, Education, Self-Advocacy and Support. ONHB fills a gap between traditional medical, rehabilitation and social models. That gap is effective support of personal  wellness and connecting it to resources that help navigate and leverage day-to-day whole person health, financial and community resources.
