Gardeners didn't miss a beat after the removal of the Cole House. Come spring, the raised beds were back and veggies were in the ground! Over 20 of your neighbors learned how to grow delicious food, meet new friends, and appreciate the environment.
As you may know, pollinators are vital for the production of the food you eat. The pollinator area at the old site was one of Ardmore Gateway Garden's showcases, so phase two of the garden rebuild is to bring back a pollinator garden!
How you can help: We are anticipating the cost of the pollinator beds to be $2,000. We'll need to replenish the soil, purchase some brick borders, add bee homes and bird feeders/bird baths. And of course, we'll need a variety of plants that will delight bees, butterflies, birds, you, and your neighbors! Join us today!
