We're playing 100 holes of golf in one day (walking!) to support Youth on Course and need your help!
I have been playing golf since I was a child and it has been one of the joys of my life. Golf has taught me many life lessons - respect, honesty, and hard work – just to name a few. I was very lucky. My parents were able to give me the access required to experience this wonderful game.
Every child deserves access to life-changing opportunities. Let’s level the playing field together and give all children the chance to play golf, become caddies, and earn scholarships. That’s where Youth on Course comes in.
On Sept 30th, I will participate in a Hundred Hole Hike challenge to raise money and awareness for Youth on Course, which provides youth with access to golf for $5 or less, summer jobs through caddie and internship programs, and access to higher education through college scholarships.
Now in its 13th year, Youth on Course currently operates in 30 states and Canada, serves over 45,000 youth members, and provides access to affordable golf at 1,000+ facilities nationwide.
To support this incredible charity, you can pledge any amount for each hole of golf I play. For example, if you pledge $1 per hole and the golfer play 100 holes, that’s $100 towards Youth on Course. I will be playing from sunup to sundown, walking 26+ miles, and taking hundreds of swings. It will be a fun, but challenging day and your backing will help keep me going!
