When I returned from Iraq in 2014 (after being gone since 2004) I had one mission on my mind. That's was to give back. So I invested my own time and efforts into founding an organization designed to mentor youth in underserved parts of the communit. I did this with the support of my family and within 8 months we achieved our IRS 501 (c) (3) accredadation.
I've spent thousands of dollars of my own money to provide this program to youth and we have recently expanded our volunteer services to disabled veterans.
There have been thousands of volunteer hours and money spent giving back and all of the work has been done Pro Bono.
In the last six years we have been turned down for grants and there has been no financial support from the public. Now is the time to give back to a program that directly effects those that have fallen thru the cracks. Let's give these kids a chance in life and also support those veterans that have sacrificed for our country.
