This summer, I will be very excited to be going on a short-term mission to the Central Asia for one week (June 22- July 1). I’ll be working with a group of people to minister in a country were only 7.3% of the population as protestants/evangelicals (mainly Russian Orthodox), which is a highly unreached country.
We will be:
1. Partnering with local organizations to assist in teaching Chinese as a second language (CSL)
2. Workshop presentations for unbelievers whom local partners are reaching out to and may be spiritually open or curious
3. Building relationships with the locals in the hope of sharing Christ and helping local partners to do the same I have been thinking to be going to the short-term mission when the time and the opportunity come.
In the past few years, God has enabled me to connect cross-culturally, to form deep and meaningful friendships, and to help bridge the gap between Christians and non-Christians. I hope that I can grow, gain insight and know clearly God’s calling for my ministry during this STM trip. I am greatly looking forward to this opportunity to serve the Lord this summer, and I would love for you to come alongside with me in this experience!
As a member of the mission team, I have the responsibility to raise the necessary support to cover our ministry expenses. In order to begin serving in the Central Asia at the end of June, I trust the Lord to raise $2,800 by the end of May. Would you prayerfully consider making a commitment to our ministry of $300, 200, 100 or some other amount? I also invite you to share this letter with your Bible study or prayer group to support our ministry as a group.
The way to make your gift:

I also invite you to support me in prayers as well: Pray that God provides all that is needed for every team member to go; God will open our eyes to see His great kingdom and how God’s power work in His kingdom and in people’s life; May God’s will be done for the STM this summer.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this letter and for considering supporting our ministry. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
