One of the biggest and under look issues is the lack of financial literacy among Americans. It has largely gone unnoticed by both the public and school education system.
The statistics has shown that financial literacy is absent in many homes, especially in the low income and minority households. Financial literacy has proven that illiteracy of many has major effects on their financial lives. Many minorities are faced with large amounts debts and little to no savings. Few may realize the importance of financial literacy and search for solutions to elevate themselves from their situation as they become emotionally depressed. Our children are heading in the same direction and adopting unhealthy behaviors that contribute to proverty because many households do not have conversations on finances and lack financial education.
WWgenZ Inc is empowering and educating kids as young as five years old to become financially educated. We have developed a program not only based on expertise guidance but in the reality of what happening in their every day lives. WWgenZ wants to bridge the gap by getting our youth financially educated and stop the stigma and foregoing problem that exist. Being financially educated can bring a sense financial freedoom and eliminate the wide gap among low income and minority neigborhoods.
