What's Fight Gone Bad, you ask? It's a workout designed to mimic the stimulus of an MMA bout— three 5 minute rounds with 1 minute of rest between. The name comes from fighting legend BJ Penn, whom you can certainly trust to know how a bad fight feels.
The workout is:
3 Rounds, as Many Reps as Possible, of:
Wall Balls, 20lb, 10ft / 14lb, 9ft
Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls, 75/55 lb
Box Jumps, 20″ box
Push-presses, 75/55 lb
