WPNS urgently needs your help.
After being forced from our home of 40 years, our preschool found a new start in one of Inglewood’s big, brick warehouses. With renovations 3/4 of the way complete, city construction requirements keep pushing back the school’s opening date and threatening its future.
WPNS is a cooperative preschool where parents volunteer their time for lower, more affordable tuition. While volunteering parents play with the children, bring their unique skill sets into the school, hone their own parenting skills and build incredible lasting connections. WPNS is not just a preschool, but a supportive community that does so much more than teach children.
This magical non-profit has been devoted to enriching its surrounding neighborhoods for the last 6 decades, also offering free community programming, leading service projects, and hosting kids activities at farmers markets and festivals. Now WPNS needs the community to rally around it to keep its doors open.
Please donate. This money will help pay the December rent and utilities, keeping the school afloat until we can open our doors and start bringing in income. You will be saving the jobs of longtime teachers and ensuring that we open the doors for so many children who have been eagerly awaiting a return to their school.
We are a 501c registered non-profit.
