Be a Superhero with WorldLegacy's NC181 Leadership Team by funding the painting of ten rooms at the Masonic Home for Children in Oxford, NC. We invite you to be a part of something extraordinary and have a profound impact on the lives of children. We are asking you to partner up with us to create a space where children, who cannot live with their biological families, feel like they matter, are loved, and have a home.
We have chosen to provide the Masonic Home for Children (MCHO) enough supplies to create an extreme makeover of eight bedrooms, a game room and a storage room. By the completion of the project, all of the rooms will be painted, be adorned with inspirational art, have an abundance of new bedding, have storage shelves, and have a completely functional gaming room with new furniture.
Originally the NC181 team would have completed everything by Sunday, March 22, 2020. However, because of COVID-19, MHCO is not allowing visitors on their premises. Therefore, our team of eleven people from around the world, are getting everything donated and delivered to MHCO by March 22, 2020. When MHCO open their doors again for visitors, the painting can be completed.
We are asking your support in raising $5000.00 to give to the MHCO to hire a professional painter to complete the project. These children are our future. They get so see how important they are, and that they are not left behind.
MCHO was originally opened as an orphanage in 1873. Their dedication to children has never waned.
