Family Health Center of Worcester's Homeless Outreach and Advocacy Program (HOAP) provides high quality health care for adults experiencing chronic homelessness in Worcester at 162 Chandler Street. HOAP is partnering with the Mustard Seed on Piedmont Street in Worcester to convert a basement closet into a clinic. This clinical exam room will allow our doctors and nurses to follow hard-to-reach patients in the community and engage them in health care.
We need to raise $10,000 to pay for a gut renovation of the space to include clean walls, new ceiling and lighting, flooring, cabinets, exam table, doors and locks.
Help us care for our most vulnerable community members. Help us turn this basement closet into a clinic!
