University of Michigan Alumni and Friends in Japan are asking You to help them save lives!
September 8th 2019 marks the 17th World Suicide Prevention Day. On this day all around the world, people will be walking, marching, or running to spread awareness and support efforts to prevent suicide.
In Japan, more than 20,000 people die by suicide a year – this is around 54 people a day, and increasingly these are young people. University of Michigan alumni and friends will be working to save some of these lives by joining the Tokyo Tower climb on 8 September to raise money for the Tokyo English LifeLine (TELL).
YOU can help by making a donation (every little bit helps!), spreading the word, or joining the climb!
