The Winter Blues Relay is a fitness event unlike any other. You and your team (max 6 people) will endure 4 CrossFit-style workouts, relay style. Each event will each test your team's ability to communicate, adapt, and strategize, as well as play to your individual strengths and weaknesses. The individual workouts themselves won’t be longer than 20 minutes each, and you’ll have 5-10 minutes between events to rest and recharge.
The best part? You and your team are playing for keeps. Each event score -- either the time you left on the clock or the amount of work you got done before your time is up -- counts for your team's larger "fundraising score." We've partnered with several local businesses who have generously offered to donate to our cause -- based on how well your team does! So the faster and harder you work? The more you help the community.
