Kate Lieberth Lytton, known as Willow to her friends, was a mother, wife, daughter, sister and beloved dance teacher.
In February 2017, Kate was diagnosed with breast cancer. Over the course of a year, Kate fought her cancer diagnosis with courage, grace, bravery and a sense of humor.
Kate passed away April 1, 2018 and the world lost an accomplished young teacher of classical and modern ballet and young women and men in NE Ohio lost a ballet instructor, friend and a mentor in the lessons of life.
Kate first went to Stewart's Caring Place when she started chemotherapy and took advantage of the many wigs Stewart's offers to clients free of charge. Since then, Stewart's Caring Place has been a place her family has found to be a place of support, often visiting for the various programs they offer and the kid's rooms Kate's daughters (ages 2 and 4) enjoy.
Stewart's Caring Place is often a place that people don't know about until they have to. Without Stewart's and the services they offer, cancer patients and caregivers would have to navigate the journey themselves.
Please help support Stewart's Caring Place through Willow's Walkers, on behalf of Kate Lieberth Lytton, so women, men and children for years to come can benefit from their services.
