Help us support our community of cats in need during the COVID-19 crisis.
The Westfield Homeless Cat Project is an all volunteer no-kill, non-profit 501(c)3 cat and kitten rescue, serving homeless, abandoned and surrendered cats in Western Massachusetts. We are an all volunteer organization where no salaries are paid -- every dollar goes directly to the care of our cats.
Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing increased hardships. We have been inundated with requests to help our community while local shelters and rescues are closed or have reduced operations. Our rescue group runs by donations, and we have had to cancel all upcoming fundraiser events, which means that we are not receiving the money that we depend on to keep our doors open.
We kindly ask that you help support our cats and kittens during this time of need. Your gift will help provide immediate financial support to help us purchase essential food, medicine, and provide veterinary care. In November 2019, which is considered a "slow" time for us, we spent over $19,000.00 in veterinary costs alone.
How you can help.
• Please click the "Donate" button if you have the ability to help support.
• If you prefer to send us a check, donations can be mailed to the Westfield Homeless Cat Project at 1124 E. Mountain Road, Westfield, MA, 01085. You can also call the Eastfield Animal Hospital (Springfield, MA) or the Blanford Animal Hospital (Blanford, MA) to help contribute to our medical bills directly.
We thank you for your kindness and generosity during this stressful time. Your donation will help save lives, and we appreciate your support.
