I came to New York to work for Westchester Medical Center, and my colleagues quickly became members of my extended family. My job is an important part of my life, and so is running. That’s why participating in my first TCS New York City Marathon is a thrill. I've run many marathons and half-marathons, which shows my children the value of a healthy lifestyle by exercising and eating right. Running gets me outside, encourages camaraderie with other runners, keeps me in shape and provides reflective time to meditate. Representing WMCHealth in the Marathon will bring an overwhelming sense of joy because it lets me proudly say I’m part of a great team that supports healthy initiatives. I hope I can count on your support as I run through the boroughs of New York City!
Thank you for your support!
