Running the TCS New York City Marathon has been on my bucket list since childhood because my dad was a cross-country runner. I aspired to be a runner like him, and I competed in numerous distance races. I ran competitive cross-country throughout high school and cross-country in college. I enjoy running every day and competing in road races. The feeling of accomplishment after a long or hard run is very satisfying. That’s why the TCS New York City Marathon, my first marathon, is a great opportunity for me. I’m excited and honored to represent WMCHealth and run with my colleagues to raise money for an organization, WMCHealth, near and dear to my heart. I'm not just running for myself; I'm going the distance for every WMCHealth patient!
