Each May, we dedicate one day of the month to celebrating mothers. Maybe you get flowers for the rockstar mothers in your life. Maybe you help your kiddos deliver breakfast in bed to their mother. Maybe you take your best friend to dinner who just found out she is pregnant. But celebrating mothers should be so much more than this. It should be us coming together as a society to make sure no mothers ever have to suffer in silence through the torment of pregnancy anxiety, the isolation of postpartum depression, or the terror of perinatal psychosis.
