When Brian Ingle, founder of Broken Oak Barbecue, isn't at his day job with the Collegiate Licensing Company, he spends as much time as possible outdoors or working with his hands. On days away from the office Brian can be found splitting oak on the family farm, fabricating smokers at the welding shop, visiting with local farms or catering events around the south. Brian's counterpart Jordan is an architectural designer and event stylist by trade, which gives her a fresh perspective on the creative side of the business.
Together, they launched Broken Oak Barbecue with the common goal of creating an experience for people that goes beyond food. They are proud advocates for the craft of live fire cooking and believe the most simple methods of cooking, which can often be the most difficult to achieve, are an art form of their own.
Broken Oak Barbecue is currently available for private events around the southeast and can also be found at pop-up events around Atlanta.
