I recently joined the Board of Visionaries and Voices, a non-profit that works to provide artistic, cultural, and professional opportunities for artists in an inclusive and unique environment. V+V provides studio space, exhibition opportunities and teaching opportunities to artists, many with disabilities, and actively works to bring the arts to the Cincinnati community in a highly collaborative way. It is a great organization filled with passionate people, artists and supporters! Visionaries + Voices (V+V) is participating in Cincinnati Gives, an innovative online fundraising challenge that will run from November 28, 2017 through January 2, 2018. Sponsored by P&G, The Jeff Ruby Foundation, and Cincinnati Magazine, Cincinnati Gives offers V+V a great opportunity to enhance its fundraising and outreach to support our mission. The above-mentioned sponsors have made $30,000 available to the organizations who raise the most money by the end of the challenge. There is also a kickoff bonus of $1,000 for the organization that raises the most money today, November 28th.
