Summertime hunger is a real issue for kids. When the last school bell rings to signal summer vacation, it also signals the hungriest season of the year for children. Without access to the free and reduced-price meals they count on, many kids won’t have enough to eat at home this summer. In fact, low-income families spend an additional $300 per month during the summer, that's almost $1,000 more each summer that families must scrape together for food.
That is where you and Food Frenzy step in. With nearly 100 companies raising funds, food and volunteering for Food Lifeline, we are filling this gap.
