VALOR was originally formed in 1986; our goal is to ensure that any needy Veteran and their families have food available when they need it. Many Veterans are often in a position where they encounter great difficulty in securing assistance due to bureaucratic delays and red tape. Our goal is to make food available so that no veteran and his or her family will go hungry for even one day.
The funds that VALOR receive go directly to the Food Pantry that is maintained by the Vietnam Veterans of America, Local WNY Chapter #77 in the City of Tonawanda, the location of the Food Pantry is at 47 Main Street in the City of Tonawanda NY 14150. The funds donated for food at this pantry are available to ANY needy Veterans and their families, NOT just Vietnam Veterans.
