Every Saturday morning, volunteers at the non-profit Urban Partners LA (UPLA) hand out groceries to 400 people at the First Unitarian Church in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The Groceries for our Neighbors program began after the L.A. Riot, and for the past 20 years, an amazing and dedicated team have provided free food to hundreds of thousands of people in need.
Volunteers at UPLA have also dedicated the past six years to Without Limits, a free math tutoring program for inner city kids ages 6 to 11. Now they're working to expand their programs with language, health and social services programs for underprivileged communities in the Koreatown/Westlake area.
Help Urban Partners LA continue their mission to empower children by providing access to education, and improving community quality of life by nourishing those struggling with hunger.
