We Need Your Help

WELCOME our virtual Native Life in the City Giving Campaign! We are so excited to share about United Indians and the ways we have pivoted in line with the emerging needs of our community under these new realities.

COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on our previously vulnerable communities. This pandemic has not only illuminated vast inequities inherent to the system, but also deepened these inequities -- exposing our families to even higher rates of unemployment, food and housing instability, difficulty accessing the healthcare system, and more. We have responded in many new ways, including dropping off groceries to 100 (and counting) of our families each week, delivering hot meals and fun activities to our Elders, offering virtual home visits for our foster children, facilitating virtual lactation lounges for new parents, and even helping to deliver babies over FaceTime.

To continue this critically important work, we need your help. For one week, you will have the opportunity to help uplift our clients and families through and beyond this pandemic. Take it a step further by starting a fundraising profile and challenging your community to give! Each dollar or online share supports our ability to run 12 comprehensive, culturally relevant programs serving Seattle area urban Natives through all stages of life.

Your donation helps us to continue providing services, and to meet emerging needs and expenses that arise due to COVID-19.

$10.00 – Provides our staff with necessary Personal Protective Equipment.

$25.00 – Supports one week of ready-made food delivered to our Elders.

$50.00 – Celebrates and honors 50 years of UIATF serving our community!

$100.00 – Supports our Home Visiting programs in bringing new, fun, and empowering educational material to our enrolled foster families. This ensures continuity of care through the pandemic.

$250.00 - Helps to transition youth experiencing homelessness to permanent housing.

In addition to the knowledge that you doing good for our community, each donation will also enter you into daily giveaways! To express our deep gratitude for your contributions, we will be raffling off beautiful Native art pieces, jewelry and more – all donated by our wonderful supporters. Donors from the last 24 hours will be entered for drawings at 5:30pm PST each day. (Does not apply to anonymous donors).

Whether you give once or multiple times, be sure to check back in every day to learn more about who we are and how you can help through daily videos, songs, keynote speakers, and more.

Our goal is to raise $100,000.00 to help sustain us through and beyond the coronavirus pandemic. Your support will help us to continue serving our community with care, compassion, and culturally relevant services, as we have for the last 50 years. Please join us May 9-16, 2020 to support United Indians of All Tribes Foundation – and invite your friends!

We would like to thank  our supporters and partners including the Snoqualmie Tribe, Lummi Nation, 4Culture and many more!
